★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante o atendimento o vendedor prometeu que faria a instalação até o dia 05/01/2017, pois eu viajaria no dia 06 e voltaria só depois de 3 meses. Paguei à vista e no dia da instalação esperei a manhã toda e não vieram instalar. Liguei na loja e me disseram que a instalação só seria feita uma semana depois do contratado, ou seja, não cumpriram o que prometeram, e nem tiveram o cuidado de me ligar e avisar do atraso. Péssimo serviço. Não recomendo.
During the service the seller promised that he would do the installation until 01/05/2017, as I would travel on the 6th and would only return after 3 months. I paid in cash and on the day of the installation I waited all morning and they didn't come to install it. I called the store and I was told that the installation would only be done a week after the contracted, that is, they did not deliver what they promised, nor were they careful to call and warn me of the delay. Poor service. I do not recommend.

Prometem retornar a ligação, e não retornam, já comprei na loja uma vez e iria comprar novamente, mas depois do atendimento que obtive em várias vezes, não volto e não recomendo.
Lousy service, salespeople choose the customer for their clothing, they think we're asking for alms.
