Só q tive um problema com a mesa aí me preparei para me estressar ....
Fui até a loja de Araruama falei com Carla e ela já me adicionou no zap e ligou na hora pra fábrica e fui pra casa aguarda contato ,no dia seguinte o Sr. Gelinho esteve pessoalmente em minha casa avaliou a mesa e logo mandou buscar .
E hoje recebi minha mesa toda tratada com as cadeiras e perfeita
Agradeço a atenção da Fernanda e do entregador todos muito simpáticos e como nova cliente da loja recomendo a carpintaria retao porque na hora de comprar todos sao maravilhosos ,mas na hora de da assistencia é uma borocracia.
Parabens a todos móveis pra mim agora só na carpintaria retao são preparados para clientes chatas e q gosta de qualidade do começo ao fim .

Only I had a problem with the table there I prepared to stress ....
I went to the store in Araruama and I talked to Carla and she already added me to the shoe and called the factory and I went home and was waiting for the next day. Gelinho was in my house, personally he looked at the table and then sent for him.
And today I got my whole table treated with the chairs and perfect
I thank the attention of Fernanda and the deliveryman all very friendly and as new customer of the store I recommend the carpentry retao because at the time of buying all are wonderful, but at the time of the assistance is a borocracy.

Já tinha comprado uma mesa de 6 cadeiras a alguns anos atrás, e a mesa é de boa qualidade.E alguns meses atrás comprei um guarda roupa para minha filha que eu mesma desenhei! O guarda roupa ainda foi redesenhado e ficou maravilhoso! Fiquei muito feliz com a compra, indico a loja e futuramente volto a fazer novas compras! Atendimento nota 1000.
