★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa totalmente desonesta, fiz a compra de um carro no final de Dezembro com o vendedor Douglas, que para vender e ótimo para para resolver qualquer problema com o pós venda e péssimo. Assim como o proprietário Sr. Anderson que não deveria trabalhar com vendas, pois não sabe se quer atender e resolver o problema dos cliente. Resumindo o carro foi para o mecânico deles 5 dias após a compra e foi alegado que teria que ser feito retífica do motor, o mecânico ficou com ele quase 30 dias e entregou sem óleo nenhum, hoje 5 meses depois fui em outro mecânico e descobri que não foi realizado nenhuma retifica no carro, e devido ao tempo para descobrir isso ,tive que refazer todo o motor tendo um gasto imenso, fora o transtorno e desgaste que me causou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumpre o que falam na hora de vender. Comprei um veículo nesta agência à dois meses e ainda não está em meu nome. Só para conseguir o recibo assinado e reconhecido firma foram 42 dias. Só depois disso consegui agendar atendimento no Detran. Ainda nem andei no meu carro por estar em nome de outra pessoa. Falta mais humanidade nesta agência. Atendem muito bem para efetuar venda, depois só faz raiva na gente. Decepção pura.
It does not fulfill what they say when selling. I bought a vehicle at this agency two months ago and it is still not in my name. It took 42 days to get the signed and notarized receipt. Only after that I was able to schedule an appointment at Detran. I haven't even driven in my car yet because it's on someone else's behalf. This agency lacks more humanity. They serve very well to make sales, then it only makes people angry. Pure disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomem muitos cuidados, Descaso com o cliente depois da compra de automóveis nesse estabelecimento, por fora o carro e lindo o atendimento é bom antes de fazer o pagamento, mas depois que faz a compra!! Vishii a maior dor de cabeça, igual um tio meu que comprou uma caminhonete S10 nessa CarPoint automóveis, venderam o carro com defeito no ar-condicionado, na polia da correia do ar e simplesmente falou que não era problema deles, que a garantia do carro não cobria, esses problemas começou a aparecer depois de 1 semana, fora no atraso do vendedor dessa concessionária para entregar o documento do carro, que demorou de mais e o carro estava com umas 5 multas...o meu tio e leigo nessas coisas de garantia de carro, mas estou conversando com ele para entrar com o processo pq ele está no direito dele, o pq o vendedor ficou empurrando os problemas falando que ia arrumar, nossa... Foi a maior dor de cabeça, pra resolver. Um carro que acaba de sair da agência e vc não ter paz nem pra passear com o carro?!!!? Deus me livre desses caloteiros que na hora de comprar e amiguinho pra cá e pra lá , mais se de algum problema?! Vishii e um custo pra conseguir resolver, mais isso é bom que eles vão direitinho pro inferno, Deus está olhando por nós ??...

It was the biggest headache, to solve. A car that has just left the agency and you don't even have peace to go for a ride with the car? !!!? God forbid those swindlers that when it comes to shopping and friends here and there, more if there is a problem ?! Vishii is a cost to solve, but it is good that they are going straight to hell, God is watching over us ?? ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a pior coisa que podia fazer na minha vida, fiz uma compra de um Punto e de entrada dei um Vectra ,e vcs não acreditam já vai pra dois anos e não tiraram meu nome do carro até hoje ,o gerente Dener é um enrolado e nada profissional , passou o vectra pra frente e esse carro deve ter já o 4 dono e ainda por cima passou meu número de telefone pra um dos proprietários do vectra ,usam de má fé, estou entrando em contato com advogado e um coronel amigo meu pra resolver isso pra mim, não comprem nessa concessionária

Foi um boa compra, apesar de não ter sensor atrás como falava no anúncio, o som não funciona bluetooth e pen drive, descobri depois e para arrumar é 1.200,00.fui bem atendida para comprar o carro pelo Douglas. Mas depois que comprei nem retorno me deu mais. Aprendendo... Primeiro carro.
