★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demorou muiiito pra entregar. O atendimento no telefone deixa a desejar. A demora vai além do previsto. Só não cancelei por consideração ao motoboy.
Não compro mais e não indico.
It took a long time to deliver. Telephone service leaves much to be desired. The delay is longer than expected. I just didn't cancel out of consideration for the motoboy.
I will not buy again and do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, não respeitam a ordem de chegada. O atendente, é atendente porque garçom não pode trabalhar assim, preferiu atender uma mesa com mais gente do que minha família. Saí na hora e ainda tive que ouvir um até breve, jamais. Espero que o proprietário veja isso e mude o jeito de atender. Digamos que foi uma péssima quase experiência. E estava vazio viu!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustrante cheguei ao local não veio ninguém me atender . Centei em uma mesa passando alguns minutos uma garçonete veio me atender e trouxe o cardápio após eu efetuar o pedido , veio uma outra e falou que eu não poderia ficar no local pois estava reservado e não tinham mais local para ficar . Na casa como 1 experiência foi péssima não tenho vontade nem uma de voltar e nem indico a ninguém. Isso pra nem comentar a frustração de uma criança de 5 anos por não ir brincar no espaço Kids por que tivemos que ir embora .
Frustrated I arrived at the place, no one came to answer me. I sat at a table for a few minutes, a waitress came to serve me and brought the menu after I placed the order, another came and said that I could not stay at the place because it was reserved and they had no more place to stay. In the house as 1 experience was terrible I have no desire to go back and I do not recommend it to anyone. Not to mention the frustration of a 5 year old for not going to play in the Kids space because we had to leave.

Pois todas as vezes que pedi por falta de opção mais de uma hora para entregar, já teve uma vez que pedi 20 horas chegou meia noite . Resposta sempre e que está cheio de pedido. ?nao recomendo como delivery!
Nice place, the waiters are great and pleasant, excellent snack. But if you're going to order at home, I gave up. Because every time I asked for more than an hour to deliver, there was once I asked for 20 hours and it arrived at midnight. Reply always and that is full of request. ? I don't recommend it as delivery!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um lanche com bacon e veio sem bacon! Demorou mais de uma hora e quando chegou estava gelado e o bife estava meio cru. Liguei reclamando e a dona disse que não podia fazer nada, que era pra eu comer sem bacon mesmo e que se eu quisesse podia voltar lá que ela me devolvia 3 reais que é o valor do bacon. Nem desculpa pelo erro ela pediu. Lamentável o valor que eles dão ao cliente. Pode ficar com os 3 reais do bacon pq a questão não era o valor do item e sim a falta dele no lanche
I ordered a snack with bacon and it came without bacon! It took over an hour and when it arrived it was cold and the steak was half raw. I called complaining and the owner said that there was nothing I could do, that I was supposed to eat without bacon anyway and that if I wanted I could go back there and she would give me 3 reais which is the value of bacon. Not even sorry for the mistake she asked. It's a shame the value they give to the customer. You can keep the 3 reais of bacon because the issue was not the value of the item, but the lack of it in the snack

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente muita legal, decoração bonita deixam o local bem aconchegante. A casa possui um cardápio muito bem elaborado, com algumas promoções de lanche a R$20,00 durante a semana. Hambúrguer muito Top!!! No ponto certo com sabor e textura espetacular. Ressalto o chopp servido que é muito bom!!!
Very cool atmosphere, beautiful decoration make the place very cozy. The house has a very well elaborated menu, with some snack promotions at R$20.00 during the week. Very Top Burger!!! At the right point with spectacular flavor and texture. I emphasize the beer served which is very good!!!
