Os balconistas só aceitam vender se o nome comercial do medicamento estiver na receita...não adianta estar o princípio ativo , apresentação, posologia e dosagem adequadamente descritos. E ainda são teimosos. Falta orientação técnica adequada. Fico pensando nos pacientes que sejam leigos, pelo que passam. Não recomendo.
Very bad service. The clerks only accept to sell if the commercial name of the medicine is in the prescription ... there is no use being the active ingredient, presentation, dosage and dosage properly described. And they are still stubborn. Adequate technical guidance is lacking. I keep thinking about patients who are laymen, what they go through. I do not recommend.
