★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive o mesmo problema da cliente Marina Pizarro descrito abaixo, porém no meu caso ao ficar na fila por mais de 20 minutos, chegar na bomba e o frentista (que se arrastava para atender os clientes) dizer que naquela bomba só havia gasolina aditivada, ele se recusou a me manejar para outra bomba, e disse que eu teria que pegar toda a fila da outra bomba novamente. Um desrespeito absurdo com o cliente. Obviamente fui embora e não volto nunca mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço um pouco abaixo dos demais / Segundo o Carrefour ele garante qualidade / o ponto negativo vai vai para o método de atendimento e cobrança...
Qd acontece algum problema nos sistemas vira um caos... Os caixas não tem o conhecimento técnico necessário para resolver e cruzam simplesmente os braço a espera do único técnico de plantão. Dependendo em que estágio vc está não há ponto de fuga ou saída, tem que esperar.
Hj as 13hs levei 53 minutos entre abastecer e sair dos caixas de pagamento.
Motivo: o sistema deu "pau", não havia um plano de contingência.

When there is a problem in the systems, it turns into chaos... The cashiers don't have the necessary technical knowledge to solve it and simply cross their arms waiting for the only technician on duty. Depending on what stage you are in, there is no escape or exit point, you have to wait.
Today, at 1 pm, it took me 53 minutes to fill up and leave the cashiers.
Reason: the system crashed, there was no contingency plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 26/02/22 pedi para completar o tanque com Etanol comum, porém a Frentista veio com uma conversa que o aditivado era o mesmo preço só colocar o CPF e era Sinal verde... Então aceitei porém fui fazer o pagamento do combustível e quando vejo a nota fiscal não foi o mesmo preço, chamei alguém para falar e simplesmente pediu desculpa... Isso é safadeza e o Carrefour induz os seus funcionários oferecer este combustível aditivado que é muito mais caro... Sempre abasteço o carro no carrefour mas a insistência dos frentista é demais para colocar o aditivado e quando recusa já fica bravo ... Vou fazer reclamação Procon!!!
On 02/26/22 I asked to fill the tank with regular Ethanol, but the gas station attendant came with a conversation that the additive was the same price just put the CPF and it was a green light... So I accepted but I went to pay the fuel and when I see the invoice it was not the same price, I called someone to talk and simply apologized... This is naughty and Carrefour induces its employees to offer this additive fuel which is much more expensive... I always fill up the car at the Carrefour but the gas station attendant's insistence is too much to put the additive and when he refuses he gets angry... I'm going to file a Procon complaint!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior atendimento da região. Os frentistas parecem estar sempre de mau humor, as vezes até ignorantes. Principalmente qdo negamos a oferta de combustível aditivado, mais caro. Aliás esta é uma estratégia MUITO BAIXA por parte deste posto, lacrar a bomba de combustível normal, SEM IDENTIFICAR, obrigando o cliente a ter de manobrar o veículo para outro ponto, atrapalhando os demais clientes, qdo negamos a oferta deste tipo de combustível. Nunca mais volto. Carrefour melhorem seus serviços, pelo menos em Osasco
