★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há exatamente 70 dias atrás comprei um filtro de óleo para a minha moto em uma oferta do Mercado Livre, da loja Carrera Motos, após 2 semanas de espera resolvi ligar, e para minha surpresa a atendente confirmou ter recebido o pagamento através do mercado pago, e que estaria enviando o filtro no mesmo dia. Peça essa que nunca foi entregue, quando retorno a ligação deixam na espera até cair a linha. já não mais atendem meus telefonemas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que preciso de peças vou direto nesta loja para comprar, mas hoje preferir ligar antes de ir ate a loja, achei que foi um péssimo atendimento telefonico, solicitei uma informação sobre uma peça para a atendente e a ligação estava péssima e não consegui compreender o que foi me passado, solicitei que repetisse a informação, mas a atendente desligou o telefone na minha cara, pois liguei novamente, um rapaz atendeu a ligação mas a impressão que passou foi que ele estava com pressa de desligar o telefone, resumindo não sei se volto a comprar nesta loja. Não estou dizendo que a loja seja ruim, mas acho que não tem suporte para atender clientes via telefone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa urgente contratar instalador. Comprei um bau grande e fiquei 3 horas esperando a instalação. Tomei um banho de chuva pois saí 18h da loja. O pessoal é educado tem água gelada e uma cadeira mas precisa melhorar a parte de instalação.
Urgent need to hire installer. I bought a large trunk and spent 3 hours waiting for the installation. I took a shower because I left the store at 6pm. The staff is polite, there is cold water and a chair, but the installation part needs to be improved.
