★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Orlando, ao passar o orçamento e realizar a venda, prometeu diversas coisas, que me fizeram acreditar que o carreto dele seria diferenciado e valeria o custo a mais dos concorrentes. No entanto, no dia da mudança, o Orlando terceirizou o serviço para outra pessoa, que foi com pessoal a menos, não sabia do horário permitido para mudança e, por incrível que pareça, levou apenas 4 caixas minúsculas para mudança! Até fita adesiva tiveram que utilizar a minha. Durante a mudança, liguei para questionar o Orlando pelo não cumprimento das condições e o mesmo me ameaçou. Não recomendo de forma alguma!
Orlando, by budgeting and selling, promised several things that made me believe his reel would be differentiated and worth the extra cost of competitors. However, on the day of change, Orlando outsourced the service to someone else, who was understaffed, did not know the time allowed for change and, oddly enough, took only 4 tiny boxes to move! Even duct tape had to use mine. During the move, I called to question Orlando for not meeting the conditions and it threatened me. I do not recommend it at all!

Fui muito bem atendido, desde a primeira cotação até a entrega dos itens. O Orlando e o Cléber foram até minha casa verificar o volume para realização da mudança e deixar algumas caixas alguns dias antes da mudança. No dia da mudança, o Cléber e o Alex embalaram todos os móveis em plástico bolha e colocaram os itens que deveriam ir em caixas nos respectivos lugares. Chegaram ao local da entrega no horário combinado com todos os itens intactos. Recomendo a empresa.
The Carreto Campinas team for me is a reference in changes. I made a move from Campinas to Brasília with Orlando and his team. I was very well attended, from the first quote to the delivery of the items. Orlando and Cléber came to my house to check the volume for the move and to leave some boxes a few days before the move. On the day of the move, Cléber and Alex packed all the furniture in bubble wrap and placed the items that were supposed to go in boxes in their respective places. They arrived at the delivery place at the agreed time with all items intact. I recommend the company.
