ABSURD SERVICE THAT THE VCS PHONE OPERATOR HAS. A RUDE PERSON WHO HANGED UP ON MY FACE. I WOULD NEVER HIRE A COMPANY THAT THE ATTENDANT IS THOUGH THIS WAY ON THE PHONE. TERRIBLE!
