Péssimo profissional, na verdade isso tá longe de ser um profissional na área da mudança e carretos. Estragou meu móveis, arranhou e amassou minha geladeira, faltou respeito comigo e minha família, combinou um preço fechado depois q a mudança estava na metade queria combinar outro, e ainda me fez ameaças, depois do fato ocorrido procurei saber uma mudança q ele fez anterior a minha é me disseram q ele fez pior, tomem cuidado....

Pedi a retirada de material em um fornecedor, passei todas as informações sobre a carga: peso, quantidade e mandei inclusive fotos. Não realizaram o cálculo e ao estarem no local da retirada, me ligaram informando que precisariam de duas viagens e que cobrariam o dobro. Como não aceitei, me destratou e destratou nossos fornecedores, sendo extremamente grosso e mal educado. Também não aceitou abortar o carreto.
Tão amador que tentou colocar a culpa em mim, por não saber que o caminhão não caberia. Mas possuo as mensagens confirmando que passei todas as informações necessárias, a empresa é quem deve saber a capacidade do caminhão e a necessidade de mais de um carreto.
Pelo site e pelo atendimento robótico no WhatsApp, que solicita todas as informações, imaginei tratar-se de profissionais sérios, mas não indico, a experiência foi péssima.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo profissional , pois danificou os móveis e ainda ficou tentando justificar culpando o cliente, e ainda sendo grosseiro. Inteligente que sou , deixei pra lá. Mas fica aqui minha dica : Este Profissional não está preparado para tal função e tampouco para tratar com educação seus clientes.
Detalhe : Talvez uma discussão ao telefone na hora de descarregar pode ter sido um gatilho para a falta de educação, mas o cliente não tem culpa dos seus problemas particulares. Um bom profissional não leva problemas de casa para o local de trabalho.
