★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 08/02/2019 contratei essa empresa para fazer uma mudança para Monte Mor região de Campinas São Paulo,eles me receberam muito bem na sua empresa,me senti confiante e contratei o serviço,informei a imprensa que eu tinha algumas coisas frágeis como por exemplo tv,portas de espelho dos três guardar roupas,rack de tv de 55 polegadas tinha algumas partes de vidros.
A empresa me garantiu que era uma empresa seria e que era responsável pela mercadoria e que a mercadoria ia chegar em perfeito estado.
Mas pra minha surpresa quando a mudança chegou estava tudo jogado dentro do caminhão a minha tv por exemplo veio embaixo de todas as caixas e madeiras dos móveis os vidros quebrados o rack quebrado também os vidros a geladeira amassou um pouco os móveis veio com umas partes descascado
Resumo de tudo entrei em contato com a empresa e a primeira ligação fui atendida normalmente mas na segunda em diante eles desliga na minha cara,pedir pro meu cunhado ligar lá e eles fizeram a mesma coisa e por muito insistir eles atenderam mas não pode fazer nada tenho toda a gravação aqui comigo
Day 08/02/2019 I hired this company to make a move to Monte Mor region of Campinas São Paulo, they welcomed me very well in their company, I felt confident and contracted the service, I informed the press that I had some fragile things like for example tv, mirror doors of the three store clothes, 55 inch tv rack had some parts of glasses.
The company assured me that it was a serious company and that it was responsible for the merchandise and that the merchandise would arrive in perfect condition.
But to my surprise when the change arrived everything was thrown inside the truck my tv for example came underneath all the boxes and woods of the furniture the broken glasses the broken rack also the windows the refrigerator crumpled a little the furniture came with a few pieces peeled
Summary of everything I contacted the company and the first call was answered normally but the second on they disconnected in my face, ask my brother-in-law to call there and they did the same thing and for much insist they attended but can not do anything I have all the recording here with me.
