★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é excelente, MAS não informam o valor da mão de obra antecipadamente, cobram um absurdo na mão de obra. Tive que pagar uma mão de obra duas vezes porque não fizeram o serviço certo da primeira vez!
The service is excellent, BUT they do not inform the value of labor in advance, they charge an absurd amount of labor. I had to pay a labor twice because they didn't do the job right the first time!

ZERO GRADE FOR THE CHIEF CAR, YOU ASK TO PUT A FIRST LINE PART AND THEY DON'T PUT THE ONE YOU ASK, I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE, THEY CHANGED THE REAR BEARINGS OF MY CAR AND WITH LESS THAN 4 MONTHS THEY GAVE PROBLEMS I WENT TO THE STORE AND IT WAS REPLACEMENT OF THE SAME ADVICE IS DENIED TO EVERYONE TO AVOID PERFORMING SERVICES IN THE SAME. Não recomendo esse lugar pra ninguém ir arrumar carro..
My experience with this place was terrible.. my car stayed for 2 days and in the end it didn't solve anything.. Just a headache.
I don't recommend this place to anyone to get a car..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloquei meu carro nessa oficina no dia 18/12/2021, para fazer limpeza no câmbio, pois o mesmo apresentava falhas... Me devolveram o carro várias vezes com mesmo problemas e outros ligados ao câmbio. Gastei ao todo mais de 5 mil reais e ñ resolveram o problema... Vou ter que gastar mais ainda. Ñ recomendo os serviços oferecidos pelo Carro Chefe...
I put my car in this workshop on 12/18/2021, to clean the exchange, because it had faults... They returned the car to me several times with the same problems and others related to the exchange. I spent more than 5 thousand reais and they didn't solve the problem... I'll have to spend even more. I do not recommend the services offered by the Boss...
