★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento demorado, ambiente apertado, com poucas cadeiras para atender a demanda de pessoas, eu fui cedo, assim que abriu e todas as cabines de atendimento, no início do expediente não estavam ocupadas. com relação ao atendimento, para quem vai retirar o cartão do sus pela primeira vez é necessário: Apresentar o RG (dispensável para menores), CPF (obrigatório a todos) e comprovante de residência. No caso de quem fará transferência ou retirar a segunda via e necessário cópia de todos os documentos supracitados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendida, porém o lugar é muito cheio, tem muita burocracia e ainda não entendi, se o SUS é sistema único de saúde, porque tem que fazer um cartão de João Pessoa, ou PB? (nem sei se essa exigência é municipal ou estadual). No meu cartão do SUS, que no caso foi feito em SP, e não diz onde foi feito, diz sistema único de saúde, VÁLIDO EM TODO TERRITÓRIO NACIONAL. Achei um absurdo isso.
I was well attended, but the place is very crowded, has a lot of bureaucracy and I still don't understand, if SUS is a single health system, why do you have to make a João Pessoa card, or PB? (I don't even know if this requirement is municipal or state). On my SUS card, which in this case was done in SP, and does not say where it was done, says a single health system, VALID IN ALL NATIONAL TERRITORY. I thought that was absurd.

Observações sobre o atendimento: É necessário xerox dos documentos como RG, CPF, comprovante de residência. Caso menor de idade os mesmos documentos ou Certidão de Nascimento e comprovante de matrícula escolar.
Na mesma rua existe um “fiteiro” que tira xerox, porém não faz impressão. Tem uma parada de ônibus localizada na frente do local, bem fácil de se achar.
A distribuição das fichas começas as 08:00 e vai até as 15:30 e o atendimento até as 16:00.
