É necessário mais responsabilidade desse setor, pois nós clientes merecemos mais respeito devido ao nosso tempo. Se a demanda tivesse grande deveria ter avisado e não criar expectativa no cliente.
Reasonable service by the reception staff, I ordered a lot of labels and I have been waiting for an answer since the carnival. More responsibility is needed in this sector, as we customers deserve more respect due to our time. If demand was high, it should have warned and not create expectations in the customer.
