Na próxima vez ligo no boteco da esquina, quem sabe lá eles sabem mais da praxe do cartório do que os próprios funcionários que "trabalham" lá.
Employee gives information over the phone, but in person, everything changes, that is, she makes the customer waste time and leave without what had been agreed on over the phone. Terrible. Next time I'll call the bar on the corner, who knows, they'll know more about the registry office's practice than the employees who "work" there.
