★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São excelentes profissionais, me atenderam com muita eficiência, tive minha solicitação atendida, porém o prazo dado precisa ser respeitado, se o cartório nos dá um prazo estabelecido para entrega do documento, repassamos esta informação a quem nos solicitar o mesmo, para problemática em tramite, e logo ficamos sob cobrança e um pouco constrangidos em relação ao prazo de entrega não ser cumprido.
É uma opinião construtiva.
De já meus mais sinceros agradecimentos.
They are excellent professionals, they served me very efficiently, I had my request met, but the deadline given must be respected, if the notary gives us a set deadline for delivery of the document, we pass this information on to whoever requests it, for problems in progress , and soon we were billed and a little embarrassed about the delivery deadline not being met.
