★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento e estrutura no geral são ótimos, muito espaçoso, com acesso para cadeirantes, muito bom.
As questões negativas são sobre o desencontro de informação, parecendo que o atendente não tem certeza sobre o que fala, como foi o meu caso, onde a atendente informa que uma certidão serve, mas na hora não serve. Outro ponto chato é eles cobram até taxa de cartão de débito, e isso mesmo sendo permite em lei é ridículo, pois vc paga à vista R$1.000,00 e eles ainda te cobram a taxa de cartão de débito de R$15,00, lamentável!
The service and structure in general are great, very spacious, with wheelchair access, very good.
The negative questions are about the mismatch of information, it seems that the attendant is not sure about what he is talking about, as in my case, where the attendant informs that a certificate is good, but at the time it is not. Another annoying point is that they even charge a debit card fee, and even if this is allowed by law, it is ridiculous, because you pay R$1,000.00 in cash and they even charge you the R$15.00 debit card fee, regrettable !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, muito bom mesmo!!! Moro em Brasília e ao ser atendido por telefone primeiro por Amanda Lazarrini e a seguir por Carolina Moutinho percebi a diferença, diferença muito importante, principalmente neste momento difícil que todos estamos enfrentando que é a pandeia.
A forma de atender faz a diferença: prestativas, atenciosas, seguras ao informar, ao esclarecer e ao orientar. São funcionários como elas que fazem uma empresa, e com que os clientes tenham respeito e confiança na mesma.
