★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preciso de serviço deste cartório, moro em outro estado e não tem como entrar em contato com eles pra fazer a solicitação. Não atendem telefone, não respondem no watts sap. Enfim, com tanta tecnologia vc não consegue fazer contato. Será que vou ter de viajar quase 4000 km pra pedir uma atualização de procuração? Serviço sem concorrência e sem fiscalização dos órgãos públicos e assim que funciona. Vai reclamar pra quem? Espero que vejam isto e atendam seus clientes.
I need service from this registry office, I live in another state and there is no way to contact them to make the request. They don't answer the phone, they don't answer the watts sap. Anyway, with so much technology you can't make contact. Will I have to travel almost 4000 km to request a proxy update? Service without competition and without supervision by public agencies and how it works. Who are you going to complain to? I hope you see this and serve your customers.
