★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu nome é Josiane de Mattos Varejão. Liguei ontem para o cartório esperando uma resposta sobre retificação de registro de nascimento da minha filha Thaiana de Mattos Varejão feito de forma errada pelo Cartório Oswaldo Lopes Benício, cujos registros constam atualmente neste cartório e até agora não obtive resposta. Expliquei ontem a urgência desta resposta.
Minha filha casa-se em setembro de 2015. Além de constar no registro que a tive com 17 anos ( mesmo com a certidão de Casamento Civil na época do registro constar que tinha 26 anos), a data de registro da certidão atualizada via CRC no Cartório Sarlo consta 3 de outubro e não 5 de outubro.
Desta forma ela poderá entregar uma certidão falsa para dar entrada ao proclama de casamento. quero acrescentar que tenho todos os documentos, inclusive os dados do hospital em Vinhático - Montanha.
Apesar de procurar e ligar insistente para este cartório, ainda não obtive uma resposta e posicionamento com eficiência e responsabilidade. FAvor entrar em contato comigo com a máxima urgência. Estou desapontada e insatisfeita com o atendimento prestado.
 My name is Josiane de Mattos Varejao. I called the notary yesterday expecting a response about rectification of birth registration of my daughter Thaiana de Mattos Varejão wrongly done by the Notary Oswaldo Lopes Benício, whose records are currently in this notary and so far I have not received an answer. I explained yesterday the urgency of this answer.
My daughter is married in September 2015. In addition to the 17-year-old registration (even with the Civil Marriage Certificate at the time of registration stating that she was 26), the date of registration of the certificate updated via CRC at Sarlo Registry Office is on October 3 and not October 5.
