As a lawyer, I am used to dealing with notary's offices and the best service I have had to date was at the Ibirité Protest Office. I had to resolve issues from a client who had been protested, and the staff at this office was efficient and attentive in answering me. Eu estava com um cheque devolvido nas mãos e já tinha telefonado para o devedor e tentado receber o valor em dinheiro. Como não consegui, resolvi levar o cheque no cartório de protesto. Eu não tinha experiência nisso e o pessoal do cartório foi muito atencioso e me explicou como funciona. Felizmente, depois que o cartório intimou a pessoa que me passou o cheque, ela foi ao cartório e pagou a dívida. No dia seguinte, o dinheiro tava na minha conta. Bom demais!

I had a return check in my hand and had already called the debtor and tried to receive the cash. As I couldn't, I decided to take the check at the protest office. I had no experience with this and the staff at the registry was very attentive and explained to me how it works. Fortunately, after the notary summoned the person who gave me the check, she went to the notary and paid the debt. The next day, the money tava on my account. Too good!

Legal o site desse cartório! Comecei a trabalhar no Banco Santander e me colocaram no setor que mexe com protesto. Eu não entendia nada disso. Como tinha vários títulos pra enviar pra esse cartório, eu entrei no site deles, que é simples e explica as coisas mais importantes sobre o assunto. Pra mim foi bem útil. Recomendo.
