★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, passam as informações erradas, cada pessoa passa uma informação, foi tirar uma certidão e me deram um papel com a data para buscar, foi na data chegou lá outra pessoa falou que era mais 10 dias. Experiência horrível ?

Worst registry office in town! They pass wrong information over the phone, causing us great embarrassment and waste of time, and personally the attendants are rude and rude. They act like they're doing customers a favor. Much neglect!

E quando pedimos um prazo para nos programarmos, pois temos prazo em nossos compromissos, são rude e informam que o dia que estiver pronto a documentação eles ligam. Infelizmente minhas certidões e da minha família estão nesse cartório.
Every time I go to the registry office, there are two people to attend to an infinite number of people. They give one information in person and one over the phone. And they never meet the deadline. And when we ask for a deadline to schedule ourselves, as we have a deadline in our commitments, they are rude and inform that the day the documentation is ready they call. Unfortunately my and my family's certificates are in this registry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo cartório, péssimo atendimento, péssimo ambiente, pessoas debochadas com quem é leigo em alguns assuntos, não sabem dar informações completas, trabalham como se estivessem ali obrigadas, mil vezes nota zero pra toda a equipe!
Terrible notary, bad service, bad atmosphere, people who are mocking lay people on some subjects, they don't know how to give complete information, they work as if they were obliged to be there, a thousand times zero for the whole team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma única pessoa para atender todos, e quando chega sua vez, ela ainda é antipática. Em pleno 2022 esse cartório aceita somente dinheiro. O lugar é apertado e precário. Prefiro levar o dobro de tempo me deslocando até o cartório do 2º subdistrito.
One person to serve everyone, and when her turn comes, she's still unfriendly. In the middle of 2022 this notary accepts only cash. The place is cramped and precarious. I prefer to take twice as long to travel to the 2nd sub-district registry office.
