★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, como se estivessem fazendo um favor...por 3 vezes (três), cometeram erro na certidão de nascimento. Não recomendo...pena que nesse caso eu mesma n tinha outra opção. A pessoa até se recusou a me entregar em mãos diante de tantos erros...nem pra se levantar da mesa e pedir desculpa pela incompetência (08.05.17).
Bad service, as if they were doing me a favor ... three times (three), they made a mistake on the birth certificate. I don't recommend ... too bad that in that case I had no other option myself. The person even refused to hand me over in the face of so many mistakes ... not even to get up from the table and apologize for the incompetence (08.05.17).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito bom, bem localizado. Não tem estacionamento interno mas tem como estacionar por perto. E como aqui é Brasil tem sim burocracia, dependendo qual procedimento você vai realizar, demora.
Very good service, well located. There is no internal parking but you have to park nearby. And since this is Brazil, there is a lot of bureaucracy, depending on which procedure you are going to carry out, it takes time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo cartório é correria, esse não seria diferente. Fui muito bem atendido pelos colaboradores. Enquanto eles trabalham o telefone toca bastante, muita gente querendo informação e só havia dois colaboradores. Se eles param toda vez para recepcionar alguém, um serviço de 10 minutos acaba saindo em 30min, quiçá mais. O responsável geral do cartório deveria colocar alguém para recepção e melhorar o atendimento e também investir em uma infraestrutura de trabalho para os colaboradores.
Every registry office is a rush, this one would be no different. I was very well attended by the employees. While they work, the phone rings a lot, a lot of people wanting information and there were only two employees. If they stop every time to greet someone, a 10-minute service ends up in 30 minutes, maybe more. The general responsible for the notary's office should put someone in for reception and improve the service and also invest in a working infrastructure for employees.
