★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. É uma completa falta de respeito passarmos uma manhã e a tarde para resolver o que é considero " simples". Qual é a necessidade de retirar a senha duas vezes, sendo a segunda senha para entregar um comprovante de pagamento impresso
( que vocês exigem) para dar continuidade no processo que foi iniciado antes. Não faz sentido uma segunda senha para quem já esperou toda manhã para ser atendida.
Terrible attendance. It is a complete lack of respect for us to spend a morning and an afternoon solving what is considered "simple". What is the need to remove the password twice, the second password being to deliver a printed proof of payment
(which you require) to continue the process that was started before. It makes no sense to have a second password for someone who has already waited every morning to be answered.

Nossa ele tem uma percepção íncrivel pra entender e resolver nossa situação! Fui acompanhar meu irmão e a noiva dele ambos tem deficiência intelectual, pra dar entrada no casamento, e vou confessar que não esperava tanta simpatia e paciência. Mas sairmos de lá satisfeito graças a Deus e ao atendimento de exelência de Felipe! Deus abençoe e continue essa pessoa e profissional iluminada.
