Pedi uma certidão com uma semana de antecedência e o dia que falaram que estaria pronta me fizeram ir três vezes no cartório.
Além disso, possuem muitos problemas para fazer buscas e apesar de demorarem séculos não encontram o que a pessoa precisa e deixam o cliente com a mesma incerteza se existe ou não o documento.
E ainda fazem de tudo para o cliente desistir da petição de emitir uma certidão negativa.
Estes, são apenas alguns dos problemas que venho enfrentando com este cartório.
Terrible service and maximum disorganization. Every time I need a document it's a big headache.
I asked for a certificate a week in advance and the day they said it would be ready made me go to the registry office three times.
In addition, they have many problems to search and, despite taking centuries, they do not find what the person needs and leave the customer with the same uncertainty as to whether the document exists or not.
And they still do everything to make the client give up the petition to issue a negative certificate.
These are just some of the problems I've been facing with this office.
