★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO. Tentei falar por telefone durante 1 mês inteiro e fui ignorado constantemente. Quando fui ao cartório pessoalmente a atendente continuou a me ignorar e fazer pouco caso da minha situação, sendo tratado com total falta de respeito e até mesmo provocações.
Péssimo atendimento e ainda por cima a atendente queria me negar as informações.
A outra atendente mesmo sabendo que não podia me ajudar com questões de hipossuficiência para o casamento esperou eu contar TODA a minha história pra depois dizer que eu só resolvia questões de hipossuficiência com a atendente do lado, e fez isso pra provavelmente fofocar por aí. HORRÍVEL, não recomendo pra ninguém
E caso alguém do governo esteja vendo essa avaliação eu aconselho vocês a aposentarem aquela velha ignorante.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE. I tried to talk on the phone for a whole month and was ignored constantly. When I went to the registry office in person, the clerk continued to ignore me and make light of my situation, being treated with total lack of respect and even provocation.
Bad service and on top of that the attendant wanted to deny me the information.
The other attendant, even though she knew she couldn't help me with hyposufficiency issues for the marriage, waited for me to tell ALL my story and then said that I only solved hyposufficiency issues with the attendant next door, and she did this to probably gossip around. HORRIBLE, do not recommend to anyone
And in case anyone from the government is seeing this assessment I advise you to retire that ignorant old woman.
