★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das vezes que fiz usou atendimento excelente. E diga mais valores e taxas são estabelecidos pelos poderes públicos. Vejo uma evolução em relação ao sistema antigo que vc pagava caro ainda tinha que esperar até um mês para receber um documento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento por telefone péssimo, penso que deveria ter pessoas certas para atendimento pelo telefone já que as moças que tem para o atendimento não tem boa vontade, quando atende não presta atenção no que a pessoa diz ou então finge que a ligação está ruim e desliga, péssimo isso a pessoa muitas das vezes não tem condições de se dirigir até o local liga para uma informação e não é atendido.
