★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei 1 hr e 10 min no sol. Ao ser atendido fui informado que precisava preencher o recebi do veículo no exterior do estabelecimento, "que nao leva 2 minutos". A recepcionista chamou o proximo para ser atendido e ai foram mais 20 minutos no sol, para um procedimento que leva em media 5 minutos.
Sem falar do preço que achei quase 40% mais caro que os cartórios locais da minha cidade.
I stayed 1 hr and 10 min in the sun. When I was attended, I was informed that I needed to fill in the vehicle received outside the establishment, "which does not take 2 minutes".
