Solicitei a segunda via em 1/12/2020 demoraram a enviar, enviaram errado e até hoje não consigo um atendimento para que me envie outra cópia correta, chega a ser constrangedor para o cliente, ligar e não ser atendido, enviar mensagem e ser completamente ignorado, paguei pelo serviço e estou sendo totalmente mal atendida, ignorada.
Service is terrible, in my experience "which is being via online".
I requested a duplicate on 12/1/2020 they took a while to send, they sent it wrong and to this day I can't get a service to send me another correct copy, it's embarrassing for the customer, calling and not being answered, sending a message and being completely ignored, I paid for the service and I am being totally underserved, ignored.
