★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de registrar que apesar da enorme dificuldade em conseguir realizar contato telefônico com o cartório, fui muito bem atendido pela funcionária Ana Paula, responsável pela análise de documentos, que por sua vez, esclareceu/dirimiu todas as minhas dúvidas com muito empoderamento técnico, colocando-se a dispor para eventuais esclarecimentos acerca da documentação examinada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É muito difícil conseguir falar no Cartório, demoram muito a atender, mas ao ser atendida pela funcionária Ana Paula fui muito bem atendida, ela se preocupa em sanar as dúvidas e se coloca sempre a disposição.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se precisar de um serviço ruim, não procure este cartório, pois ele é péssimo. Três vezes para ser atendido, mudam as regras todos os dias, a marcação pelo WhatsApp é igualmente péssima tentam se livrar das situações. Não resolvem nada, nem escutam as pessoas. Enfim. Sofrível! A estrutura física é boa. Dá última vez conseguimos ser bem atendidos.
If you need a bad service, do not look for this office, as it is terrible. Não respeitam a sequência de atendimento preferencial (idosos).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não resido em Divinópolis. Enviei e-mail há uma semana. Até hoje não responderam. Gostaria de levar os documentos certos quando fosse lá.
Já fiz 05 ligações, cai na secretária eletrônica dizendo que logo serei atendida. Mas depois de um tempo a ligação cai.
Infelizmente não é este tratamento que gostaria de ter.

I don't live in Divinópolis. I sent an email a week ago. To date, they have not responded. I'd like to take the right documents with me when I go there.
I've made 05 calls, landed on the answering machine saying I'll be answered soon. But after a while the connection drops.
Unfortunately, this is not the treatment I would like to have.

Horrible registry office. Phone should just for decoration. Long delay in protocols...worst Notary I've ever requested something.. bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Necessito de informações sobre protocolo aberto. O Cartório não atende telefone e eu não moro na cidade. No dia de abertura do protocolo, funcionária informou que era só ligar para saber se estava tudo OK, mas não atendem o telefone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita demora no trâmite da documentação. Prática abusiva de facilitação de senhas para pessoas que trabalham em outros cartórios ou firmas imobiliárias, que pegam diversas senhas de uma vez, ocupando quase todos os guichês simultaneamente. Inclusive observei que os próprios funcionários dos guichês, acionam prioritariamente senhas para agilizar o atendimento destas pessoas, não respeitando nem as prioritárias. Uma vergonha!!!
It takes a long time to process the documentation. Abusive practice of facilitating passwords for people who work at other notary offices or real estate firms, who take several passwords at once, occupying almost all the windows simultaneously. I even noticed that the employees of the windows themselves, primarily, activate passwords to speed up the service of these people, not respecting even the priority ones. A shame!!!
