LEVARAM 45 DIAS PARA REGISTRAR MEU TITULO ( SENDO QUE O PRAZO SÃO NO MAXIMO 30 DIAS), QUANDO RETIREI, TINHA ERRO DE DIGITAÇÃO, OU SEJA MAIS 15 DIAS AI NO MINIMO... UM ABSURDO.. BOM RECLAMEI NA CORREGEDORIA.. ISSO NAO PODE FICAR IMPUNE..
 PESSIMO NOTARY PUBLIC, WITHOUT COMMITMENT TO PEOPLE. IT TAKEN 45 DAYS TO REGISTER MY TITLE (THE TERM IS A MAXIMUM OF 30 DAYS), WHEN I REMOVED IT, I HAD A TYPING ERROR, OR AT LEAST 15 MORE DAYS THERE... AN ABSURD. MAY STAY UNPUNISHED...

Cartório ridiculo... agora exige reconhecimento ate de testemunhas no contrato do banco.
Sem contar com a falta de empatia desses atendentes. Á desorganização é total.
Nao conseguem se quer passar uma informação correta por.telefone.

One of the worst registry offices... full of people out here and the clerk with her cell phone in her hand.

ALGUEM PRECISA TOMAR UMA PROVIDENCIA, ISSO PREJUDICA MUITO O DESENVOLVIMENTO, MUITAS PESSOAS DEIXAM DE VIR PARA SALTO PORQUE JA SABEM A DEMORA PARA SAIR UMA ESCRITURA.
SEM FALAR O ATENDIMENTO DAS ATENDENTES QUE PARECEM NAO TER NEM VONTADE DE TRABALHAR COM TANTA ARROGÂNCIA.
Não daria nem 1 estrela se não fosse obrigado para fazer meu comentário sobre esse mau atendimento
TERRIBLE, if it is the worst word to describe this lack of professionalism that this notary has with people, for a deed it took six months to be ready.
SOMEONE NEED TO TAKE ACTION, THAT HURTS THE DEVELOPMENT A LOT, MANY PEOPLE STOP COMING TO JUMP BECAUSE THEY KNOW HOW LONG IT TAKES TO GET A SCRIPTURE OUT.
NOT TO SPEAK ABOUT THE SERVICE FROM THE ATTENDANTS WHO SEEM TO HAVE NO WILLING TO WORK WITH SUCH ARROGANCE.
I wouldn't even give 1 star if I weren't obliged to make my comment about this bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar, atendentes não explicam direito, não confere os documentos que precisam, demora mais de 40 dias para registrar um imóvel, depois vem com monte de exigências descabíveis, e quando cumpre, tem que voltar na fila de novo para mais um longo prazo. Dão prazo de até 30 dias e não cumprem... Falta de vontade... Falta tudo nesse lugar!
Bad place, attendants don't explain it right, don't check the documents they need, it takes more than 40 days to register a property, then comes with a lot of unreasonable requirements, and when it meets, you have to go back in line again for another long term. They give a deadline of up to 30 days and don't comply... Lack of will... Everything is missing in this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 meses já se passaram e não consigo finalizar o registro de um terreno. A escrevente nunca tá na mesa pra atender e as atendentes não repassam os recados. Foi feita todas as exigências pedidas e os prazos são sempre longos e não cumpridos. A escrevente que estava cuidando do processo saiu de férias e não resolveu. É um lugar que desrespeita completamente quem precisa do serviço. Péssimo serviço. Só adianta se fizer denúncia nos órgãos competentes, o que farei daqui em diante.
5 months have passed and I cannot finalize the registration of a land. The clerk is never at the table to answer and the attendants do not pass on messages. All the requested demands were made and the deadlines are always long and not met. The clerk who was taking care of the process went on vacation and didn't solve it. It's a place that completely disrespects anyone who needs the service. Terrible service. It only helps if you report it to the competent bodies, which I will do from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei 14:25 e só tinha uma pessoa na frente. Duas atendentes mas só uma atendendo. Daí, chamaram o próximo número e a outra atendente parou de atender pra conversar com duas pessoas que chegaram sem senha e ficaram por meia hora tomando o tempo dela. Por fim, sendo o próximo da fila fui chamado as 15:10h, tive de aguardar 45 minutos. Minha sugestão seria, tentem atender mais de uma pessoa por hora, todos temos mais o que fazer.
I arrived at 2:25 pm and there was only one person in front. Two attendants but only one serving. Then they called the next number and the other attendant stopped answering to talk to two people who arrived without a password and stayed for half an hour taking her time. Finally, being the next in line, I was called at 15:10, I had to wait 45 minutes. My suggestion would be, try to serve more than one person per hour, we all have more to do.
