Recepção excelente, comunicação precisa, atmosfera de boa vontade sempre presente e respeito ao ser humano. Quem avalia já foi funcionário de cartório por 16 anos e conhece muitas serventias ruins no Estado de SP. Parabéns aos auxiliares, escreventes, substitutos e ao Sr. Oficial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Localização meio dificil de achar, estacionamento proprio, ambiente moderno e limpo, pegue a senha e um cafezinho na entrada, atendentes bem prestativos e educados, escrevente atencioso e bem detalhista, valores de mercado, processos andam mas é preciso entregar documentação em ordem ! sistema de confirança fique tranquilo !
Location kind of hard to find, own parking, modern and clean environment, get the password and a coffee at the entrance, very helpful and polite attendants, attentive and very detailed clerk, market values, processes go but you have to deliver documentation in order! assurance system rest assured!
