★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para o cartório, e eles me disseram pra mandar o pedido pelo whatsapp. Enviei msg pelo WhatsApp e não me responderam. Dois dias depois enviei outra msg. Me responderam com uma grosseria. Disseram que se eu enviasse outra msg pelo whatsapp eu iria para o fim da fila. Isso desde 03 de outubro sem resposta.Nunca como cliente tinha sido maltratado assim. Péssimo atendimento, vou reclamar na corregedoria de justiça
I called the office, and they told me to send the order through whatsapp. I sent msg via WhatsApp and they didn't reply. Two days later I sent another msg. They answered me with rudeness. They said that if I sent another msg through whatsapp I would go to the end of the queue. This since October 3rd no response. Never as a client had I been mistreated like this. Bad service, I'm going to complain to the internal affairs department
