★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma lástima de cartório! Previsão deles de entrega é só de enfeite! Protocolo no site não atualiza nunca... Processo já com nota positiva para registro, DAJEs pagos há quase duas semanas e não liberam o documento, isso porque estamos com despachante "de dentro"... Extremamente desgastante lidar com esse tipo de (des)serviço público, e o pior: sem alternativa, pois é o único cartório que cobre a orla de Camaçari. A Corregedoria de Justiça do Estado da Bahia deveria tomar providências urgentes frente a este descaso.
 A pity for a registry office! Their delivery forecast is just for decoration! Protocol on the site never updates... Process already with positive rating for registration, DAJEs paid for almost two weeks and do not release the document, that's because we have an "inside" dispatcher... Extremely exhausting to deal with this type of (des) )public service, and the worst: no alternative, as it is the only registry office that covers the edge of Camaçari. The Internal Affairs of the State of Bahia should take urgent action against this neglect.

Não vou citar nome mas fui informada por um dos funcionários que eles não "gostam" de atender telefone e para resolver algo seria apenas por e-mail, e adivinhem? Nem implorando que respondam tenho um retorno. Estou com um documento registrado parado com eles há mais de 15 dias e simplesmente sem retorno.
I've already received a lot of horrible care, but like the one from this registry, they are to be congratulated. I won't mention a name but I was informed by one of the employees that they don't "like" to answer the phone and to solve something it would only be by email, and guess what? Not even begging for an answer I have a return. I have a document registered with them for more than 15 days and there is simply no return.

Minha mãe fez uma venda de um imóvel já foram pagos os Dajs pelo comprador enviado para eles e não liberam o documento de maneira nenhuma. O telefone não atende e quando alguém fala nem sabem explicar o problema. Total descaso com a população. Onde está o estatuto do idoso. Minha mãe tem 85 anos e pressão alta e está muito nervosa com isso. Onde está o tribunal de justiça que não toma providências
Terrible, horrible registry office is causing serious damage to people both financially and psychologically. My mother made a sale of a property and the Dajs have already been paid by the buyer sent to them and they do not release the document in any way. The phone doesn't answer and when someone speaks they don't even know how to explain the problem. Total disregard for the population. Where is the status of the elderly. My mother is 85 years old and has high blood pressure and is very nervous about it. Where is the court of law that does not take action

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Não atendem o telefone. Não respondem às mensagens enviadas pelo "Fale conosco" deles. Solicitei uma certidão de ônus pelo site, paguei a DAJE, deram um prazo de 05 (cinco) dias para entrega e já tem mais de duas semanas e nada de documento. Não podem tratar os clientes dessa forma.
Terrible service. They don't answer the phone. They do not respond to messages sent by their "Contact Us". I requested a lien certificate through the website, paid the DAJE, they gave a deadline of 05 (five) days for delivery and it is already more than two weeks and no document. They cannot treat customers that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preciso de informações e nunca atendem ao telefone, fiz o pedido de certidão pelo site que me orientaram no dia 29/07/2021, nunca colocaram DAJE para pagamento e eu preciso urgente da certidão, sendo que depois que disponibilizam o DAJE ainda leva mais 5 dias segundo o site pra ficar pronta. Fiz o mesmo pedido para o cartório de Salvador 1º ofício responderam no mesmo dia avisando que não havia registro do Imóvel que eu estava solicitando. O atendimento precisa melhorar.
I need information and they never answer the phone, I applied for a certificate through the website that guided me on 07/29/2021, they never put DAJE for payment and I urgently need the certificate, and after they make the DAJE available, it still takes 5 more days according to the site to be ready. I made the same request to the registry office in Salvador, 1st office responded the same day notifying that there was no registration of the Property I was requesting. Service needs to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acham que estão fazendo um favor em entregar nossos documentos? Se não fosse por necessidade nunca pisaria nesse cartório. Estou há 4 meses esperando uma averbação de leilões negativos e esse cartório não entrega. Se não podem ajudar, pelo menos não atrapalhem.
Do you think you're doing us a favor by handing over our documents? If it weren't for necessity, I would never step on that registry. I have been waiting for 4 months for a registration of negative auctions and this registry does not deliver. If you can't help, at least don't get in the way.

Why is there a phone in this registry office?! They don't answer, don't answer emails and much less meet the DEADLINE. Absurd!! Terrible service, run away..!!

This registry office is terrible even if I could I wouldn't even come close to the embarrassment I suffered and I'm still suffering from this Blessed I'll say blessed to see if it gets better
