Realmente todos os comentários corretíssimos. Um cartório que trabalha com pessoas jurídicas não ter nenhum contato com o contribuinte (tel, e-mail, etc). Mas, quando se atenta pela foto da birosca que é o cartório, dá para entender que, nem acesso a internet eles devem ter.
Fica aqui minha lamentável indignação.

All the comments are really correct. A notary that works with legal entities does not have any contact with the taxpayer (tel, e-mail, etc). But, when you look at the photo of the bar that is the notary's office, you can understand that they shouldn't even have access to the internet.
