★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há dias tento falar com o cartório pelo telefone 3521.0393, para pedir uma orientação sobre solicitar certidão de matrícula por e-mail e receber a Taxa Sicase para pagar e ir receber pessoalmente a certidão.
Some days I try to speak to the registry office by phone 3521.0393, to ask for guidance on applying for registration certificate by email and receive the Sicase Fee to pay and personally receive the certificate.

One of the worst appointments I have ever seen !! Bad professionals, if I can call that professionals. I had to go to Jaboatão to get something done.

As pessoas mais antigas já não tem mais tanta paciência para atender ao publico, não orientam, subentendem sempre que todos já sabem de tudo e não se dão ao trabalho de orientar com atenção e detalhamento. Com todo respeito, esse pessoal deveria ser poupado de tanto sofrimento e colocados para um serviço mais burocrático, distante do público, que, afinal de contas, não são responsáveis por aquilo que afeta seus humores. Poupariam também a clientela de constrangimentos. Deveriam deixar as pessoas mais jovens atenderem. Essas estão mais fresquinhas, querendo mostrar serviços e sorriem mais. O sorriso refrigera a alma. Os mais antigos já tiveram seu tempo, já contribuíram. Hoje estão ranzinzas e nós, público, não merecemos isto. Também temos nossos problemas.
Somable to solve something there. Older people no longer have as much patience to serve the public, do not guide, always understand that everyone already knows everything and do not bother to guide with attention and detail. With all due respect, these people should be spared so much suffering and put to a more bureaucratic service, away from the public, that, after all, are not responsible for what affects their moods. They would also save the clientele of constraints. They should let the younger people attend. These are fresher, wanting to show services and smile more. The smile cools the soul. The older ones already had their time, already contributed. Today they are rude and we, public, do not deserve this. We also have our problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este é dos piores cartórios que tive o desprazer de conhecer. Parece que ainda funciona no século passado pois não existe atendimento por WhatsApp, nem por e-mail, nem por plataforma on-line, não tem página web... Qualquer dúvida tem que ser tirada por telefone com atendentes extremamente rudes que são incapazes de informar sobre questões básicas. A única forma de se informar sobre alguma coisa neste cartório é através de atendimento presencial. E pra fechar com chave de ouro o cartório somente funciona das 08h às 15h30, com uma pausa de 02h para o almoço. Se vc pensa em ir naquele horário mais tranquilo do almoço, esqueça! O cartório está fechado entre 12h e 14h. Só não dou ZERO estrelas porque é impossível.
This is one of the worst notary offices that I had the displeasure to know. It seems that it still works in the last century because there is no service by WhatsApp, nor by email, nor by online platform, there is no webpage... Any questions have to be taken by phone with extremely rude attendants who are unable to inform about basic issues. The only way to find out about anything in this registry is through face-to-face assistance. And to close with a golden key, the registry office only works from 08:00 to 15:30, with a 02:00 lunch break. If you think about going at that quieter lunch time, forget it! The registry office is closed between 12:00 and 14:00. I just don't give ZERO stars because it's impossible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos atendidos por Marleide, pessoa de muita experiencia, orientou e informou dos procedimentos, aguardamos fora do cartório, espaço pequeno para atendimento, e entramos um por vez para assinar o contrato. Todos cuidados foram necessários devido a pandemia da Covid

Os cartórios precisam ser substituídos por sistemas modernos. A população não pode ficar dependendo de instituições burocráticas cobrando taxas abusivas.
You pay an endorsement here and they don't give you any proof that you have an endorsement. If you want, you have to pay to have a certificate.
Notaries need to be replaced by modern systems. The population cannot be dependent on bureaucratic institutions charging abusive fees.
