★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca atendem o telefone, pedi a segunda via da minha certidão de nascimento e só vou ter um retorno provável com 7 dias uteis porque não tem selo, como é que um cartório deixa faltar selo????? gente isso é um péssimo atendimento, resolvendo esse problema, espero nunca mais precisar desse estabelecimento.
 They never answer the phone, I asked for a duplicate of my birth certificate and I will only have a probable return with 7 working days because it has no stamp, how does a notary office miss stamp ????? This is a bad service, solving this problem, I hope never need this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!!!!!! Busquei informação de horário para sexta dia 30/10/20020 e estava normal, das 8 as 16 horas. Só avisava do feriado do dia 2/11 . Marquei com pessoal de Aracati. Chegando aqui tudo fechado e sem aviso de um tal de dia do cartório. É muita irresponsabilidade e incompetência.
Terrible!!!!!! I looked for schedule information for Friday 10/30/20020 and it was normal, from 8 to 16 hours. He only warned about the holiday of 11/11. I booked with Aracati people. Getting here all closed and without notice of such a day at the registry office. It is a lot of irresponsibility and incompetence.
