★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo pedi uma segunda via de certidão de nascimento para meu tio a mais de uma mês... e cartório deixou passar 30 dias... veio a recusa precisei fazer o pedido novamente. Um dos piores cartórios. Horrível
 Terrible I asked for a second copy of birth certificate for my uncle more than a month ago... and the notary's office let it pass 30 days... the refusal came and I had to make the request again. One of the worst notary offices. Horrible

The 1st Office has attributions of Notary Public and Protest and, therefore, does not issue birth certificates. In the previous comment, Ms. Jucilene Soares must have confused it with another registry office.
