 It's so bad to talk about this registry that I don't even know where to start. IT'S THE WORST OFFICE IN THE CITY !!!! If you have the option of going elsewhere it is the best thing you do ... Ñ ANSWER PHONE, Ñ ANSWER EMAIL, BAND OF LAZY GNT AND NO EDUCATION !!! I would like to give zero stars to this establishment !! Nothing professional posture !! It is anger after anger with these people !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários faz tudo errado, a gente ajeita uma coisa e já tem outro erro em seguida, tem umas que parece que tá trabalhando é com raiva. Triste saber que tem gente assim sendo que tem outro que estão precisando de emprego.
Employees do everything wrong, we fix one thing and there is another mistake then, there are some that seem to be working and angry. Sad to know that there are people like that and there are others who are in need of a job.

Consegui falar duas vezes por telefone depois de insistir por horas e me falaram para continuar aguardando pois somente tem 1 funcionário atendendo os e-mails e que recebem diversas solicitações por dia.
Péssima capacidade de resposta.
I have been waiting for an answer regarding two requests for more than 14 days by email and without any feedback. I managed to speak twice on the phone after insisting for hours and they told me to keep waiting as there is only 1 employee answering the emails and they receive several requests per day.
Terrible responsiveness.

Terrible service, they simply refuse to meet demands without any justification. I recommend not wasting time and looking for another notary soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recusam solicitações sem base legal, e não respondem o telefone para resolver o assunto, e quando atendem deixam fora do gancho e é possível ouvir os funcionários conversando, mas ninguém fala com você.
They refuse requests without legal basis, and they don't answer the phone to resolve the matter, and when they answer they leave it off the hook and you can hear the employees talking, but no one talks to you.
