★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrível. Pense em lugar que não evoluiu, a responsável é uma senhora "Edna" pela suas atitudes retrógradas acho que ela nasceu a mais de 100 anos. Chata e se apega a poucos detalhes. Não se modernizou e acha que o cartório dela é o único da Cidade do Cabo. Por isso não conta com usuários fiéis. Só usam seus serviços no último caso. Melhor espera 5 minutos a mais no outro cartório que vive lotado pois o serviços é bom do que ir nesse cartório.
 Terrible. Think of a place that has not evolved, the responsible is a lady "Edna" for her retrograde attitudes I think she was born more than 100 years. Chata and clings to few details. She has not modernized herself and thinks her office is the only one in Cape Town. Therefore it does not rely on loyal users. They only use their services in the latter case. Better wait 5 more minutes at the other notoriously crowded office because the services are good than going to that notary's office.
