★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Solicitei informações sobre a emissão de uma segunda via de um inventário. O serventuário pediu para eu aguardar no telefone e ficou conversando com outro serventuário sobre futebol e assuntos de rotina, que não estavam relacionados ao serviço cartorário. Não bastasse isso, ele ainda atendeu o telefone celular e ficou conversando, ao que tudo indica com alguma familiar, sobre assuntos indecorosos. Enquanto isso, ainda não consegui obter informações sobre a solicitação da segunda via do inventário. Vale destacar que o serviço de tabelionato não é uma atividade privada. É uma atividade pública. O tabelião responsável pelo Cartório tem responsabilidade sobre os seus funcionários.
Terrible attendance. I requested information on issuing a duplicate of an inventory. The servant asked me to wait on the phone and talked to another servant about football and routine matters, which were not related to the notary service. As if that weren't enough, he still answered his cell phone and kept talking, it seems to some relative, about indecorous subjects. In the meantime, I still haven't been able to get information about ordering a duplicate of the inventory. It is worth noting that the notary service is not a private activity. It is a public activity. The notary responsible for the Registry has responsibility for its employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência neste estabelecimento foi horrível eu comprei uma casa deste outubro do ano passado como moro em outro estado meu advogado aí no Crato que está cuidando da documentação em Dez em meio a pandemia eu grávida tive que ir aí pra resolver no dia 6 de jan 2021 e pagar fui lá assinamos pagamos a vista quase 8 mil uma dor dê cabeça e demora e vim embora hoje é 12/4/2021 a escritura da casa até agora não saiu falaram que precisa de uma assinatura e que não aceitam o dedão da senhora ex dona da casa fiquei indignada .agor..nada
My experience in this establishment was horrible I bought a house this October last year as I live in another state my lawyer there in Crato who is taking care of the documentation in Dec amidst the pandemic I had to go there to solve it on Jan 6th 2021 and pay I went there we signed paid in cash for almost 8 thousand a headache and it took a while and I came although today is 4/12/2021 the deed of the house has not come out so far they said that it needs a signature and that they do not accept the big toe of the ex. housewife I was indignant .now ..nothing

Infelizmente agora só vou ao cartório Geraldo lobo quando for imóvel registrado nele. De resto vou em qualquer outro.
It has wonderful staff, (Eline and the land registry staff). But there's the one with the straight black hair, rude and rude, who's on a notarized signature. Unfortunately, now I only go to Geraldo Lobo's registry office when the property is registered in it. Otherwise, I'll go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 dias que tento entrar em contato por telefone, so atenderam uma vez e falaram que o responsável pelo setor que eu desejava não estava, por várias tentativas chama e os funcionários tiram do gancho, uma ou duas vezes é aceitável, pois existem outras demandas, mas o dia todo a 3 dias ja é de mais.
I've been trying to get in touch by phone for 3 days, they only answered once and said that the person responsible for the sector I wanted was not, for several attempts he calls and the employees take it off the hook, once or twice is acceptable, as there are other demands, but the whole day to 3 days is already too much.
