Estamos morando fora de Itabira, e mesmo assim, o cartório nos apresentou um novo procedimento, para agilizarmos o trâmite.
Fomos super bem orientados, para adicionarmos um app e realizarmos uma vídeo conferência, o que facilitou bastante, por estarmos em outro Estado.
The service is super efficient. The employees are super prepared and trained to meet our needs.
We are living outside Itabira, and even so, the registry office presented us with a new procedure, to expedite the process.
We were very well oriented to add an app and hold a video conference, which made it a lot easier, because we are in another state.
