★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! precisei de uma certidão e fiz o pedido de outro estado, além da demora, enviaram a certidão com divergências. Quando ligamos para pedir a correção, a atendente foi extremamente mal educada, deixou claro que não queria resolver o problema (tentamos 4 vezes conversar e ela fez o mesmo, foi grossa até com a tabeliã do cartório que eu pedi a certidão). Como pode um cartório deixar uma pessoa dessa no atendimento, mal preparada e extremamente mal educada, espero nunca mais precisar dos serviços deste cartório!
Terrible attendance! I needed a certificate and ordered from another state, in addition to the delay, they sent the certificate with differences. When we called to ask for the correction, the attendant was extremely rude, made it clear that she did not want to solve the problem (we tried 4 times to talk and she did the same, she was even rude to the notary that I asked for the certificate). How can a registry office leave such a person in attendance, poorly prepared and extremely rude, I hope I never need the services of this registry again!
