I have worked with several registries in my day to day, but the experience I had with her, caught my attention, very polite, attentive, gave me a great clarification on the subject in question, not to mention the commitment to try to solve the problem of client. Gostaria de relatar minha insatisfação com o atendimento do setor que fornece a certidão de ônus real de imóveis. A senhora que costumeiramente atende no setor é grossa, desinteressada, não orienta e, sinceramente, não serve para lidar com outros seres humanos. Por sorte minha, ela saiu momentaneamente do setor e eu fui muito bem atendido por outra funcionária. O senhor que estava na minha frente, infelizmente, não teve essa sorte e teve que lidar apenas com esta senhora ineficiente, arrogante e descortês.
Good afternoon.
I would like to report my dissatisfaction with the service provided by the sector that provides the certificate of real property lien. The lady who usually works in the sector is rude, disinterested, does not guide and, honestly, is not suitable for dealing with other human beings. Luckily for me, she momentarily left the sector and I was very well attended by another employee. The gentleman in front of me, unfortunately, had no such luck and had to deal only with this inefficient, arrogant and impolite lady.
