Cobram emolumentos pelo serviço de busca mesmo quando o solicitante informa todos os dados da matrícula e livro. Desconhecem (ou fingem desconhecer) procedimentos e princípios básicos de registro público. Emitem certidões com selo apenas na última página, retirando a credibilidade da certidão e sonegando emolumentos.
They do not issue a tax coupon. The amounts charged are random and do not correspond to the official TJ / MA table. Fees are charged for the search service even when the applicant informs all registration and book data. They are unaware (or pretend to be unaware) of basic public record procedures and principles. They issue certificates with a seal only on the last page, removing the credibility of the certificate and withholding emoluments.
