Já tem mais de anos que estamos pedindo a segunda via de uma certidão de nascimento e sempre que vamos aí ela fala que tá procurando e nunca acha
E outra como ela disse a obrigação não e minha ir procurar no cartório
Acho que tenque ter mais educação para fala com os clientes
Estou revoltada com as palavras dela

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssima Atendente Ruth Que Se diz gerente e dona do cartório é muito mal educada ,sem respeito nenhum no atendimento e ainda por cima zomba de quem realmente precisa ser atendido uma tremenda irregularidade solicitei por diversas vezes a certidão gratuita pela justiça e a mesma não mandava de jeito nenhum . ai perguntei se teria outro jeito de receber a certidão ela me informou que teria que pagar 90,00 reais e assim foi feito depositei o dinheiro na conta dela rapidinho a certidão chegou esse cartório de Porto Calvo AL precisa urgente de uma fiscalização e uma averiguação urgente mesmo........... infelizmente tive que dar uma estrela mais se fosse possivel nenhuma eu daria.
terrible Attendant Ruth Who says she is the manager and owner of the registry is very rude, with no respect in the service and on top of that she mocks anyone who really needs to be attended to a tremendous irregularity I requested the free certificate several times by the court and the same did not send no way . then i asked if there would be another way to receive the certificate she informed me that she would have to pay 90.00 reais and so it was done i deposited the money in her account quickly the certificate arrived at this office in Porto Calvo AL urgently needs an inspection and an urgent investigation really ........... unfortunately I had to give one more star if none were possible I would.
