★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei 3 estrelas por conta do atendimento remoto. O atendimento via WhatsApp e E-mail feito por um dos funcionários (que não sei quem é) é arrogante e mau educado, sem bom dia, sem cordialidade.
Já as meninas do balcão são muito educadas e solícitas. Deveriam passar o atendimento para elas, que visivelmente o fazem com mais alegria e boa vontade. Dão bom dia, boa tarde e são mais receptivas. O serviço cartorial já é burocrático demais e necessita disso!
É uma crítica construtiva, acredito que a recepção do cliente é tudo em um estabelecimento.
 I gave 3 stars for the remote service. The service via WhatsApp and E-mail made by one of the employees (I don't know who it is) is arrogant and rude, no good morning, no cordiality.
The girls at the counter are very polite and helpful. They should pass the service on to them, who visibly do it with more joy and goodwill. They say good morning, good afternoon and are more receptive. The notary service is already too bureaucratic and needs it!
It's a constructive criticism, I believe that customer reception is everything in an establishment.
