★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pessoa liga pra pegar uma informação e simplesmente é ignorado. Só queria entender qual o problema de dar uma informação por telefone. Agora a pessoa tem que se deslocar pra ir no cartório pra pegar informação, achei isso um absurdo. Como se a pessoa tivesse tempo livre. Já que não quer dar informação, posta uma foto e coloca aqui pra todos verem, pois as pessoas já vão certo com a documentação (casamento civil).
 The person calls to get information and is simply ignored. I just wanted to understand the problem with giving information over the phone. Now the person has to go to the registry office to get information, I thought this was absurd. As if the person has free time. Since you don’t want to give information, post a photo and post it here for everyone to see, because people are already right with the documentation (civil marriage).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima estrutura, péssimo atendimento, pessoas dentro pedindo dinheiro, desorganização, procedimentos antiquados, atendentes conversam mais do atendem, param de atender pra orientar um funcionário a organizar livros, entrada fechada de cadeado tendo q esperar pra poder sair. Divisória de plástico filme (os de embalar comida mesmo).
1 estrela é luxo.
Lousy structure, lousy service, people inside asking for money, disorganization, outdated procedures, attendants talk more than answer, stop answering to guide an employee to organize books, closed padlock entrance having to wait to be able to leave. Plastic film divider (the ones used to pack food).
1 star is luxury.

Sobre o local: Uma pena ser mal localizado, de difícil acesso, pouca movimentação na rua e o local é conhecido por ter assaltos.
