★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As atendentes são ótimas, mas ponto negativo por não aceitar cartão de débito/crédito. Outro negativo é a falta de modernização, que afeta os cartórios como um todo. Muitos serviços são completamente denecessários e, em pleno século 21, já deveríamos ter a possibilidade de fazer solicitações remotamente, via internet. Fica a sugestão.
The attendants are great, but negative point for not accepting a debit / credit card. Another negative is the lack of modernization, which affects the registry offices as a whole. Many services are completely unnecessary and, in the middle of the 21st century, we should already be able to make requests remotely, via the internet. The suggestion remains.

Com apenas 2 atendentes que não são rápidas, peguei a ficha 6 e passei uma hora pra ser atendido. Isso significa que são 10 minutos, em média, para atender uma pessoa, mesmo sendo para reconhecer Firma que é um serviço pouco complicado. Apesar da demora, elas são bastante prestativas.
This office does not have a quick service. I don't recommend it if you're in a hurry.
With only 2 attendants who are not fast, I took the form 6 and spent an hour to be attended. This means that it takes 10 minutes, on average, to meet a person, even if it is to recognize Firma that it is a little complicated service. Despite the delay, they are very helpful.

Poor service takes a long time, there is no structure to accommodate customers, I stayed on the sidewalk in the street waiting 2:30 am to be served and there were not many people to serve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui o nono a chegar e simplesmente me atenderam depois de 1h30 (algumas pessoas tiveram que esperar do lado de fora, no sol). Local sem nenhuma estrutura. A única evolução que fizeram foi aceitar transferência bancária (não aceitam pix, por incrível que pareça). A mamata dos cartórios que vivem no século XV continua. É como entrar num museu.
I was the ninth to arrive and they simply attended to me after 1:30 am (some people had to wait outside in the sun). Location without any structure. The only evolution they made was to accept bank transfer (they don't accept pix, oddly enough). The frenzy of notaries living in the 15th century continues. It's like entering a museum.
