Tem que ficar perguntando e decorando quem chegou depois de quem.. fora que tem funcionários que ficam ociosos enquanto tem uma fila enorme pra outra pessoa, que só ela faz tal coisa.. enfim tem muito potencial pra melhora

O problema é a entrada, mesmo com hora marcada o atendimento e tumultuado, as pessoas ficam expostas ao sol, aglomeração, filas desorganizada, uma chateação e o atendente da porta ainda entra em discussão com as pessoas. Por ser um estabelecimento privado, prestador de serviço onde se paga caro. Deveriam tratar as pessoas melhor. Organizar a entrega para não ficar tumulto lá fora. Expondo as pessoas.
