Few attendants, long queue, I stayed 2 hours to get a certified copy. I do not recommend.

Crowded, but with fast service, extremely polite employees and respecting all safety rules in relation to COVID! Just be prepared that you will spend an average of 1 hour to be attended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 estrelas não pelo atendimento,que é EXCELENTE,TODAS AS ATENDENTES SUPER EDUCADAS E ÁGEIS,mas pelo ambiente e condições de trabalho realmente precisando de uma reforma,bancos,gavetas e as PARETES sujas,vale lembrar também a iluminação do local,quem for o responsável pelo estabelecimento,por favor,tome providências,não somente eu mas sim,garanto que 90%dos seus clientes ficam com a mesma visão e opinião minha.

3 stars not for the service, which is EXCELLENT, ALL THE SERVICE SUPER EDUCATED AND Nimble, but for the environment and working conditions really needing a renovation, benches, drawers and dirty PARETES, it is also worth remembering the lighting of the place, whoever is responsible for the establishment, please take action, not only me but yes, I guarantee that 90% of your customers have the same vision and opinion as me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por que diz no site que funciona sabado até 17 se não é verdade? Saí do hospital pra vir registrar o bebê e está fechado, sem telefone no site pra ligar e pedir informações.
Why does it say on the website that it works Saturday until 17 if it's not true? I left the hospital to come and register the baby and it's closed, no phone on the website to call and ask for information.
